PetMagi is operated by TanLabs Studio ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use petmagi.com.

What we collect. The pet photo you upload; optional pet name and text you type; your email address and order details when you buy (payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake (or Creem) — we never see your full card number); basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, UTM campaign tags) and, if you accept them, advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) used to measure our ads.

How we use it. To create your previews and purchased images/videos, deliver them by download link and email, provide support and refunds, prevent abuse (including automated checks that photos contain pets and not people), and measure marketing.

AI processing. Your photo and the selected style prompt are sent to our AI providers (fal.ai, running the models listed on our Models page) only to generate your result. We do not use your photos to train models and we do not sell your data.

Retention. Uploads and generated files are deleted automatically after 7 days. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Email us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) you may access, correct, delete or export your data and object to marketing. Contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Children. The service is not directed to children under 16, and photos of people are not accepted.
