Which photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet fills most of the frame and the background is plain. We remove most of the background automatically so only your pet is stitched or painted.
What is in the cross-stitch pattern?
A symbol chart split over A4 pages with bold lines every 10 stitches, a colour key with DMC thread numbers, stitch counts and skein estimates, and a stitched preview. Sizes: 60, 80 or 100 stitches wide.
Do I get materials?
No — this is a digital download. Use any 14-count Aida and DMC stranded cotton (or your favourite brand matched by colour). For paint by numbers, mix acrylics to the swatches.
Are the colours exact?
Thread colours on screen are approximations. Check the DMC numbers against a real colour card if exact matching matters.
What if I don't like it?
Write to us within 14 days and we will re-make it (e.g. with fewer colours or another photo) or refund you.
