Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PetMagi (petmagi.com), operated by TanLabs Studio. By uploading a photo or buying you agree to them.

1. Service. We turn a photo of your pet into AI-generated portraits and short animations. Results are AI-generated, are artistic interpretations and may differ from your pet.

2. Pets only. You may upload photos of animals only. Photos containing people are rejected. You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it.

3. Prohibited use. You must not upload or request NSFW, sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive content, violence, hate, content involving minors, real people's likeness, deepfakes or face swaps, or content infringing others' rights (including copyrighted characters and brands). See our Acceptable Use Policy. We screen text you enter with automated moderation and may refuse or remove any content.

4. Purchases. Prices are shown before checkout and are one-time payments (no subscription). Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record Waffo Pancake (or Creem), which appears on your statement. Taxes may apply.

5. Delivery. Digital files are delivered by download link, usually within minutes. Links expire after 7 days — please download your files.

6. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

7. License. You may use the purchased files for personal and social media use, including printing for personal gifts. We keep no ownership claim over your pet photo.

8. Availability. We may pause free previews (for example at high demand) and may change or discontinue the service.

9. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
