• Free preview first. You see a free watermarked preview before paying, so you know what to expect.
• Failed or broken results. If generation fails, files are missing, or the result is clearly broken (e.g. the pet is missing or distorted), email tanlabs@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days with your order email: we redo it for free or give a full refund.
• Not satisfied. If you are unhappy for another reason, contact us within 14 days and we'll offer one free re-generation in a different style; if that doesn't help, we refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method via our Merchant of Record Waffo Pancake (or Creem), usually within 5–10 business days.
• EU/UK customers: by requesting immediate delivery of digital content you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the download is provided; our voluntary refund policy above still applies.
